Technical Tour of Eagle Rock Brewery
As the first brewery with operations based in Los Angeles in over 60 years, Eaglerock Brewery is dedicated to the production of unique artisanal beers using the best ingredients to promote the ongoing development of the beer community in Los Angeles. Join SWE-LA for a technical tour of Eaglerock Brewery, famous for its award-winning Red Velvet Ale. The brewery is normally open to the public on Wednesdays and Sundays. This tour is just for us!
Cost: $10 - includes tour and tasting*
RSVP via survey (http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/3RNQDFZ) no later than Wednesday, September 12. Tour capacity is 40 guests. Spots are first come, first served to SWE members. Non-members will be wait listed.
* All attendees must be 21 and bring proper I.D.!
Resume Clinic for Experienced Engineers
Did you know that the resume of an experienced professional should not look like a recent graduate's resume? Consultant, Elle Oliver, will cover resume basics for experienced engineers. The clinic will include group exercises to develop a positioning statement/summary and a solid accomplishments statement. Please join us for this valuable opportunity!
